Announcements:
●Safety Meetings will be sent via email hopefully starting next week. I'm trying to get familiar with Google forms so I can take attendance by emailees clicking one or 2 buttons. We'll see if that works out for me next week. 💥Please pass this text to any HeatGuys who might not receive it.💥
● HeatGuy, Llc., will be 🥳 closed November 1st to allow all adults to recover from their sugar hangover. Remember to check those kid's candies really well. 😁
●We will also be 🥳 closed November 5th (Election Day) so you may vote if you haven't already, however, *we encourage early voting.
Agenda: What to do if your car is stuck in an angry mob, a.k.a election day safety/protest safety:
1. Anticipate; be aware of the news, learn from history. Avoid known mob trigger times, events, and places.
2. Vote early
3. Stay home on election day and possibly the next day if violence begins, and/or bug out of major metro areas if possible.
4. Always carry supplies in your car or work van that you would for an extended trip with questionable weather; *never let your gas tank get below half full *always fill up before it gets dark *water *snacks *bucket w/trashliners for all sorts of "waste" *toilet paper *blankets or emergency sleeping bags *first aid kit *fire extinguisher *back-up battery pack for cell phone *matches/candles *at least 3 days worth of any medications you may need to take daily.
Feel welcome to join this convo and add anything i may have forgotten.
