When deep frying anything, know that water or ice contacting hot oil will cause an explosive reaction as seen in the following video.  Always completely defrost and pat dry anything that is to be deep fried. Account for displacement of oil by amount of food added.  Watch the following video and reply with a thumbs up or something to confirm attendance, please and thankyou.
